3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be fully refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-shows.
• Custom and multi-day tours may have different cancellation terms, which will be shared upon booking.

4. Modifications by Imoha Tours

Imoha Tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries or cancel activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
