From the hotel in Marrakech or the meeting point, the 2 days tour from Marrakech to Zagora desert begins at 7 a.m. We start our journey bypassing via Ouarzazate on our way to Zagora. We make a pit break at Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah to take in the magnificent sights mentioned on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites List. We travel over to the Draa Valley, which is famous for such Ksour and Kasbah.
This 2 days Marrakech desert trip is a shared group and can be made private, if so please don’t hesitate to text or email us. Upon arrival, we will take a camel ride, until we reach the khaymas camp, where we will have dinner and spend the night. There are luxury tents (with private bathrooms) you can book them in advance by contacting us.
Afterward, we get to Zagora, where you will spend 1.30 hours riding a camel at sunset. We finish the day with a nice classic meal together under the dazzling sand sky while retreating to a Berber camp below the limitless moon to nap. So start the journey with a traditional Berber meal in the Sahara before climbing our camels and riding further into the Dunes to see the dawn. Afterward, we go by car over the Atlas Mountains to Marrakech, the Diamond of the Southwest.

The desert trips, whether privately or organization, carry personal bags. Kindly bring a small rucksack with you on your camel journey to the desert tent. The majority of your belongings will be stored in the car in Zagora or at the tent driver’s resort in Zagora. You can also bring your water If you prefer, you are free to do so, but there will be plenty of convenient businesses along the road where you may buy bottled water on a routine basis.
